I received a damaged package from the postal service (not buyers fault), it had been opened in transit, another person’s mail was place inside the package, and the package contained 4 of the 48 protectors. The seller was extremely concerned about the mishap and offered a refund or replacement. The 4 items in the package were exactly as described. I am 100% satisfied with this seller, the options they provided to correct the issue, and the 4 out of 48 products I received.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty that you experienced.However, I believe that this feedback may have been in reference to another item that you purchased and not this specific item listing (8 Pack Vacuum Bags Replacement iRobot Roomba i3+ i4+ i6+ i7+ i7+ j7 j7+ i8 i8+i9) since it only included 8 Vacuum Bags and not "48 protectors" that you had mentioned.
